As founding partner of Artisan Development and several other ventures, Jack Yang is a passionate advocate of China-US direct investment and successful entrepreneur in real estate development. Mr. Yang has partnered with New York World Mark Capital that specializes in acquisition and management of rental properties, ranging from single family homes to multi-family apartments. As a Principal of Richfield Real Estate Investment LLC, Mr. Yang is also directly involved in the design, construction management, and development of luxury homes in lower Fairfield County of Connecticut, with emphasis on prestigious towns such as Westport and Fairfield and at an average sale price of over $1.8 million each. In most of the projects he was involved with, Mr. Yang has successfully created and maintained the financial partnership among Chinese and US investors and achieved profitable returns to investors. 

 

Currently, Mr. Yang is a leading developing member of Uniglobe Investment LLC, the sponsor of a multi-family apartment development in Mansfield, Connecticut. Together with a strong team in development and construction management, Mr. Yang brings financial strength, operational expertise, and disciplined practice to the development to ensure financial success for partners and investors. 

 

Mr. Yang holds a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University in Washington DC and a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting from Hunan University in Changsha, China.
