Barre Tone

Barre Method is a deep muscle exercise technique that develops a long, lean, dancer’s sculpted look. Having a firmer, stronger, more flexible body and better posture will bring your body to its optimal potential.

 

Barre Method body strengthening exercises use light weight and high repetitions, incorporate ballet barre work, core stabilization, yoga, physical therapy, and “Bender balls”. The moves are based upon “The Lotte Berk Method”, where Eve taught in the NYC Studio. You will develop an inner strength you never thought possible.
