Jeri Kansas

 

Jeri Kansas has developed a reputation as a nurturing dance instructor with professional standards. She began her career at the age of nineteen as a Rockette dancing on the stage of Radio City Music Hall. Ms. Kansas was cast in both the original Broadway productions of Sugar Babies with Ann Miller and Mickey Rooney, as well as David Merrick's hit show 42nd Street. She has worked with Tony Award winning choreographers Gower Champion, Peter Gennaro and Tommy Tune.

 

Other regional shows include Showboat, Chicago and The Music Man. She will be teaching Tap, Jazz and Lyrical. Passing on her passion of dance to students with the intention of making every student experience the joy of dance.
